Vinclox is not able to accept returns, refunds and exchanges at this time. We hope that as our company grows, we will be able to offer an exchange and return system.

Vinclox is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen item, once you’ve been provided a tracking number & your item is in the possession of USPS.

We ship both national & international. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and customs (if any). We ship within 1-3 business days & a tracking number is provided.

Please ask all the questions about an item, if you need more information before making a purchase. We try our best to provide every detail of the item, to ensure you a smooth transaction.

Most items in the shop are high end vintage pieces, that have been floating around for decades. We handpick all items to give you great, durable and sustainable quality, and a great experience overall.
